Sending a photo and requesting a service from Repairmyphotos.co.uk constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions

Copyright

The sender of any photo to repairmyphotos.co.uk must own the copyright to that photo, or have the written permission of the copyright owner. The sender of the photo will be held liable for any costs associated with court action resulting from violation of copyright.

All contents of the Repairmyphotos.co.uk website may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded or transmitted in any way, in whole or in part, except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission from Repairmyphotos.co.uk.

Liabilities

Repairmyphotos.co.uk will not be held responsible for original photographs lost by the postal service of any country, either on route to our premises or back to the customer. We advise that customers pack their original material securely, sending it by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Post and to take out adequate insurance.

We take every reasonable care to ensure the safety of all items received from customers, be it original photo prints, slides, negatives or digital media. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to these items, the liability of repairmyphotos.co.uk shall be limited to the replacement of the original media with new material of comparable quality.

If the original material has any special or inherent value, it is the customer’s responsibility to adequately insure the goods for the whole period it is out of their hands, including during transport and also whilst in Repairmyphotos.co.uk’s possession. Repairmyphotos.co.uk will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused.

Repairmyphotos.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any request for services.

Our Guarantee 

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your repaired / enhanced photo ‘proof’, please contact us with details of the problem. Repairmyphotos.co.uk will undertake additional work on the photo at no additional cost to you, and issue a revised ‘proof’.

Timescale

We endeavour to e-mail a ‘proof’ of all orders within 5 days of receipt of the photos. If you urgently require your images sooner please let us know and we do our best to meet any deadline.

Privacy Policy  

Repairmyphotos.co.uk respect the privacy of our customers, and will not sell, rent, or otherwise divulge any customer information to any third parties. Your images will NOT be used on any areas of the Repairmyphotos.co.uk website, or used in any promotional material for Repairmyphotos.co.uk unless your express permission has been given. Images are stored indefinitely on repairmyphotos.co.uk secure servers.

Changes to Website

Repairmyphotos.co.uk reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Repairmyphotos.co.uk website or any part of it without notice and shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
